We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. In case of dissatisfaction with the product delivered please refer to us within 24 hours from delivery date by sending an email to mailto:laroseqatar@almana.com with clear pictures of the product received stating the reason of dissatisfaction. We will get back to you in 2 working days.

Please note that Orders placed online cannot be exchanged. We do not exchange products sold on the Website: flowers, vases, chocolate, etc.

Contests, Sweepstakes and Promotions : Any contests, sweepstakes or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Website may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms. ORDERS CANCELLATION You have the right to cancel an order up to 24 hours from placing the order on our Website. While every effort is made to ensure that accurate pricing and descriptions are maintained, we reserve the right to cancel any order that is based on inaccurate information.

It shall be understood that our obligations deriving from the Terms shall be suspended during the period in which Force Majeure remains in effect and we will be given an extension of the period in which to fulfill these obligations by an amount of time equal to the time that the situation of Force Majeure lasted.
